FINAL CHAPTER STARTS 

The final chapter of ParkVue at Oxley is under way, with the final release of new townhouses as part of the $80 million masterplanned community. Developer Unison Projects' Matt O'Driscoll said Pavilions on ParkVue would feature 66 spacious three and four-bedroom townhouses, all with double lockup garages, surrounding a luxurious resort-style swimming pool and recreational area. 

"The completion of the Pavilions on ParkVue is the final chapter for the masterplanned ParkVue estate, which has been a rousing success since the projects launch in 2013, "Mr. O'Driscoll said. 

"The modern architecture and clever design of the Pavilions on Parkvue maximises the site's  heightened, elevated position and offers residents views, a superb northerly aspect and river breezes. This really will be an affordable, freestanding home alternative.

"Civil contractors DAC Constructions have been awarded the tender for the civil works. Mr. O'Driscoll said the last stage followed Unison Projects' Terrace on ParkVue, a completed precinct within the estate fronting Tom O'Neill Park. The 13 architect-designed terrace-style townhouses sold and settled at an average price of $491,000. 

"One three-bedroom townhouse sold for a record price of $527,000, "he said. 

Mr. O'Driscoll said overall in ParkVue, which was off Douglas Street in Oxley, 137 home site lots had sold since 2013. "Many home resales in ParkVue since then have topped $700,000 and investment in the estate has shown great return for buyers' "he said.

The ParkVue estate offers separate entry points for each precinct, and the development features a 3.75 hectare creek-lined central parkland with walking paths, kick and play areas, children's playground and barbecue facilities. Stage one of the Pavilions on ParkVue will be completed by the end of 2017 and priced from $499,000.

ParkVue at Oxley is about 12km from the Brisbane CBD. Oxley is well serviced for public infrastructure and amenities, with established road and rail networks close by as well as schools, local clubs, cafes and shopping centres.
